Background of project renovation
The user originally used steam from the thermal power plant pipeline, with a maximum steam demand of 6T/h. The original pipeline route conflicts with the development of the area and requires demolition. The collective supply of steam mode puts the entire hospital's steam use in a passive state. In addition, the biggest problem is that the hospital does not have a boiler room and must complete the project renovation as quickly as possible. In response to the above issues, after research, Yano Boiler has customized the following feasible solutions for users.
Project Design Proposal
In response to the current situation of users without boiler rooms, two outdoor steam stations with a length of 8 meters and a width of 3 meters were selected to solve the problem of no boiler rooms;
There are a total of 7 built-in Yannuo ultra-low nitrogen condensing gas steam generators (LNS1000Q), 6 in use and 1 as backup. This equipment belongs to Class D boilers and is inspected by the Shanghai Jiading Quality Supervision and Inspection Department after factory production, ensuring product quality and safety; The user does not need to report for inspection, does not need an independent boiler room, and does not need to hold a certificate to work, greatly shortening the project cycle; Nox< 30mg/m3 meets the environmental protection requirements of Shanghai.
Equipped with a boiler group control system, it greatly improves the operating efficiency of the entire steam system on the basis of energy saving for a single unit, maximizing the energy-saving of the system operation.

Project Characteristics
The product assembly, pipeline welding, and debugging of the entire project have been completed in the factory. After arriving at the customer's site, the water, electricity, coal, and steam pipelines are directly connected for on-site trial operation to avoid environmental impact on users during installation, especially in densely populated areas such as hospitals.
